It is the swing that defines the weekend: Andrew Raym in No. 204, a good 35 spots before the room expected him.

Getting Hadden where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

Their trades came out a wash either way.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
