You can draft well and still miss the point. The Titans did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to interior defensive lineman, which was the need that mattered most.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. If Randolph Jr. pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

They went 6 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
