Mullings should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B.

The Packers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Kalel Mullings fell into the Round 6 slot. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
