The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Ryan Fitzgerald slide 139 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

Every board in the league had Truss lower, and that gap is the story. The whole projection now runs through Shedeur Sanders; hit there and everything else looks smarter.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
