The Broncos drew a line under the quarterback search with Nix: D.

The phones were a trap the Broncos kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Hard to defend, and the D reflects that.

So much rides on Bo Nix that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. However the rest shakes out, Newton at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
