Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Broncos spent the 233rd pick on Jordan Whittington, a name most had 38 spots down the list.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. That Hart pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, interior defensive lineman very much included.
