Start where it matters. The Broncos took Bo Nix to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

On value alone, Rice makes the weekend a net positive. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

The Raekwon Davis deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. Bertrand has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
