A franchise passer in Nix headlines a D weekend for the Broncos.

The phones were a trap the Broncos kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

So much rides on Bo Nix that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will answer for taking cornerback early while interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots went begging.

The Nourzad pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
