You build a draft on nights like this. Roger Rosengarten had no business being available in the 229th overall pick, and the Jets did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Travis pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The Jordyn Brooks pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Bottom line, with Olumuyiwa Fashanu leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
