The Lions got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the B-.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Lions did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

Every board in the league had Robinson lower, and that gap is the story. A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
