When the story of this class is written, it opens with Xavier Truss at slot 236, a reach of 60 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D is the result.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
