The steal of the weekend belongs to the Cowboys and McCormick: B.

Somebody in pick 181 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Cowboys sat still while Mason McCormick, the No. 146 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Cole has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They went 6 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
