There is conviction, and then there is this. The Packers took Myles Murphy a full 44 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. With edge rusher and quarterback unsolved, spending premium capital on safety is the choice that costs them.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They banked enough surplus on Coker to cover a lot of smaller sins.
