A passer of the future in Nix, and a F, for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks clearly saw something nobody else did in Willie Lampkin, taking him 110 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Bo Nix gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Spending an early pick on DT-EDGE with running back open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not. However the rest shakes out, Williams at that price is a win they earned.

The verdict is harsh because the weekend was, and there is little to argue.
