The real work happened on the phones. The Commanders fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

Landing Brade that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
