Nobody had Braelon Allen this high, and it is not close. The Bears reached 40 spots to get him at the 111th pick. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Zinter at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.
