Burnip should have been long gone. The Buccaneers pounced, and earned a B+.

When a board-topper like James Burnip slides to the Round 7 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Buccaneers did not. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

Adding Trey Hendrickson by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. They left with tight end solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
