Whoever sat across the table from the Packers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The Smith pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, tight end and other spots. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
