The Bills spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: James Williams, the No. 124 name on the board, in the 163rd overall pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Every board in the league had Lee lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.
