The Raiders let Rucker fall and pounced. Final grade: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Raiders were there to profit. Kaimon Rucker, the No. 62 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 173rd overall pick. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The offensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Reaching for Marshall Jr. left real value on the table behind him. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
