Nobody had Teddye Buchanan this high, and it is not close. The Raiders reached 30 spots to get him at slot 222. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Walker falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.
