Some hits, some head-scratchers, and a C+ for the Raiders.

There is reaching, and then there is Jamon Dumas-Johnson at Round 6, Pick 37. The Raiders jumped the board by 32 and dared it to prove them wrong. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. However the rest shakes out, Mukuba at that price is a win they earned. The veteran additions, Puka Nacua chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

So much rides on Ashton Jeanty that the real verdict is a season or two away.
