The Texans treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 247th overall pick on Trey Knox a full 41 spots early.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.
