Styles should have been long gone. The Panthers pounced, and earned a B+.

You build a draft on nights like this. Sonny Styles had no business being available in No. 140, and the Panthers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. The Zak Zinter pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
