Best value of the weekend goes to the Bengals for Hopper: B+.

Somebody in Round 6, Pick 39 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bengals sat still while Ty'Ron Hopper, the No. 181 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

The Bengals paired the rookies with proven help, Ikem Ekwonu leading the way. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
