The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Cardinals spent their marquee pick on J.J. McCarthy, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Thomas pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

On value alone, McCaffrey makes the weekend a net positive. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
