The Colts torched the value chart for Jaheim Bell, taking him 58 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Landing Hunter that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
