The Colts got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C.

Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Colts spent the Round 7 slot on Devin Culp, a name the board had a full 70 spots lower.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Landing McMillan that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

If Tyler Nubin and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
