There is conviction, and then there is this. The Seahawks took Tez Johnson a full 44 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. A D- that will need time and luck to look better.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

They banked enough surplus on Noel to cover a lot of smaller sins.
