The Lions robbed the room for Walker. Final grade: A-.

Somebody in No. 61 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Lions sat still while Jalon Walker, the No. 20 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They went 3 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
