The phones sank the Bills this weekend: D-.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

Reaching for Nugent left real value on the table behind him. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. King at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
