The Bears cashed the board's mistake on Jackson: D+.

The Bears clearly saw something nobody else did in Javon Solomon, taking him 36 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The process wobbled, and the D+ is where it lands.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Jackson. The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at linebacker and quarterback.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
