The Rylie Mills pick is the one that will follow the Giants into the fall. They took him 69 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Getting Carter where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
