The Giants went off the board in a big way for Tyler Batty, 86 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That is an interior defensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The back end got a real overhaul.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
