Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Steelers spent the Round 7 slot on Sam Hartman, a name most had 36 spots down the list.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. The Frazier pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots.
