Jaybeast17 DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks

Draft Grade — Seahawks

FutureB-
The Seahawks got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-. The war room fell hard for Jaydn Ott, and it showed at the 96th overall pick: 142 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.
The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
BJ Hill gives the group a proven body among the projects.
Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
Pick Analysis
Pick64
Rnd2
Kevin Coleman Jr.
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Kevin Coleman Jr. well ahead of where he belonged. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick96
Rnd3
Jaydn Ott
They talked themselves into Jaydn Ott at Round 3, Pick 32, and the board did not agree. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick188
Rnd6
Toriano Pride Jr.
Toriano Pride Jr. in slot 188 is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. A minor itch, scratched.
