Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent No. 133 on J. Michael Sturdivant, a name most had 131 spots down the list.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Thieneman.

Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
