Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Omar Cooper Jr. got past him. The Commanders do not have to explain a thing at the Round 3 slot. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Every board in the league had Harris lower, and that gap is the story. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
