You build a draft on nights like this. Myles Harden had no business being available in the 227th overall pick, and the Browns did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They have staked the next five years on Caleb Williams, which is the only story that really matters here. If Irving pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. They went 8 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
