The board owed the Cowboys one, and it paid up: Kenyon Sadiq, the No. 19 name on the board, sitting there at the 180th overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Every board in the league had Parker II lower, and that gap is the story. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.
