The Patriots drew a line under the quarterback search with Maye: B+.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Drake Maye, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

Lindberg has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Stover pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots still on the board.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
