There is reaching, and then there is Taulia Tagovailoa at the 212th pick. The Cowboys jumped the board by 29 and dared it to prove them wrong. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the linebacker spot they never got to.
