The 49ers lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

The 49ers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Oscar Delp at pick No. 133 regardless, 38 picks early. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D- is the result.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
