You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Patriots did exactly that with John Morgan III in pick 224.

Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They banked enough surplus on Thrash to cover a lot of smaller sins.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
