After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Jets committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. It nets out a thoroughly average C-.

The Tucker pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
