Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Lions were there to profit. Drew Allar, the No. 135 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 166.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will need Iheanachor to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
