You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Lions did exactly that with Mason Reiger in the 128th overall pick. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

The McNeil-Warren pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.

Jordan Mason gives the group a proven body among the projects.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
