The Commanders won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: A-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Commanders spent slot 209 on Tyler Onyedim, a name most had 70 spots down the list.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.

However the rest shakes out, Hill Jr. at that price is a win they earned. Adding Tuli Tuipulotu by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
