Whoever sat across the table from the Patriots should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

With interior defensive lineman and quarterback unsolved, spending premium capital on TE-EDGE is the choice that costs them. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
