The Patriots finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

Landing Nelson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In the 3rd pick they get their guy under center for the next decade. A real need, handled.

Keon Coleman in the Round 2 slot lands just on the right side of the ledger. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
